Happiness is learning to live your best life by figuring out a better way to react to what happens to you. It’s the culmination of all the little actions, choices, and habits that fill our days, as well as how we think about them.

Music is therapy! When we listen to music, multiple areas of the 
brain are activated including those associated with movement, planning, attention and memory. It changes our brain chemistry as well. Listening to music we enjoy stimulates the release of dopamine that makes us feel rewarded and extra good. Sometimes you find yourself relating to the lyrics and knowing that you’re not alone gives you relief.Plug in those earphones and smile!

Get spiritual

This helps you know you’re connected to something greater than yourself, Living happily depends on how we are in our inner lives, our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and desires. Having a spiritual dimension means finding inner peace both peace of mind and peace in the heart, sense of spirituality is deeply personal and individual. Relaxation, relax and count your blessings, the more you let go and relax, the more life supports you by bringing joy, aliveness and creative flow to everything you do.

Watch a funny video 

Watch the most video that tickles you, gets you on the floor and leaves you out of breath. Funny videos are believed to make you instantly happy even when you think of it or tell it to someone you’re hardly laughing in between the story. Laughter makes you creative. Try watching a funny video while studying for a test or doing your assignment, you’ll get creative and more thoughtful!

Take a cozy bath

Alternatively, warm water bathing can increase levels of serotonin, which is the chemical produced by the brain associated with happiness and well being.Stretching and moving in water has been shown to be low impact on the joints, muscles and bones, but very effective in providing an adequate workout through resistance and there’s less chance of injuries for people who are at risk of falls, which makes aquatic exercise ideal for the elderly. There’s no quicker and more pleasant way to regulate your body temperature than through bathing.
